Professional, prompt return on 2 Ranger Recalls. Customer service left their cell phone number with me in case I wanted to check on status or wanted to verify pick up time . Once the recalls were serviced, they drove my trucks around to me and provided an explanation of the recall status to include the life time condition of the tires on both vehicles. Customer service was horrible. Service techs did not greet or even acknowledge me waiting to drop my vehicle off to receive service. Don’t really seem to value their customers.
