Had a scheduled appointment and arrived 10 minutes before opening. Was the 4th or 5th car there and it took 25 minutes for them to get me checked in. I went in for an oil change that I paid for when I bought my Mustang. That was not in the computer and it took some research to confirm that I had four prepaid oil changes.
