Had a pleasant experience at Auto Nation Ford. I am from Canada and my 2021 Explorer ST was a little past it's next oil change. I had called in on the off chance that I could get the oil changed p I am from Canada and my 2021 Explorer ST was a little past it's next oil change. I had called in on the off chance that I could get the oil changed prior to my drive back to Canada. I dealt with Kenny at the service desk and was told that I could be looked after within a couple of hours and that i was welcome to sit in the waiting area and help myself to free coffee or tea, 45 minutes later Kenny comes to find me and lets me know my vehicle is ready to go. Great service and great service tech. Would be happy to deal with this ford dealer next time I visit PCB. Peter. More

Sam Palmer made the process of selling our car super easy. He was quick, flexible and funny. He didn’t try to haggle us on the deal we agreed to and in fact he even rounded it up for good measure.
