Sam Palmer made the process of selling our car super easy. He was quick, flexible and funny. He didn’t try to haggle us on the deal we agreed to and in fact he even rounded it up for good measure. He offered the best deal in town and threw in some free coffee while we waited. The paperwork process was easy and in all we were at the dealership just over an hour before walking out with our loan paid off and a check in hand. Sadly, I’ve bought and sold more than 10 cars in the past 15 years (that’s nearly 20 transactions). If I was in the market to buy, trade or sell a used car again I’d definitely give Sam at AutoNation Ford my business over any other sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s funny, was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in what you had to say. More

Updating my review of my previous post of 20 Mar 2022 and the experience at the Ford Auto Nation in Panama City, FL. I had a meeting with the General Manager today and discussed the issues regarding the las the experience at the Ford Auto Nation in Panama City, FL. I had a meeting with the General Manager today and discussed the issues regarding the last month. They have created a new build for my vehicle and will be ordering it, but the wait could be 6 months maybe longer. However, they adjusted the price to make things right. I appreciate this and hope to look past the bad experience and do future business with this company. Jackson the sales representative is a great person to work with including Chris and Andrew the sales managers. I am currently satisfied of where were at on all of this but will update if needed when vehicle arrives. I also, appreciate the General Manager Steven Martin taking the time to hear and resolve these issues and concerns. More

My truck was there on 2 occasions, one for 3weeks and one for 4weeks, they made no repair on my truck. I like the people at the dealer. But my truck has same problem as when I took it there.
