This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with when coming to the service department. I have taken my truck in three different times and I'm still waiting for any feedback or calls on where my parts ar coming to the service department. It is as if they don't care on how terrible their service is because there is no other competition in the city. As opposed to other cities that have multiple dealerships and treat you completely different and are on top of their game. More

Dropped my truck off at the appointment time of 8:00 am and was to pick it up that afternoon. Work didn’t begin until mid afternoon so truck wasn’t near ready so I was told it would be next morning. After waiting till mid afternoon, I phoned to find it had just been finished. Picked truck up late afternoon after work and only made it two blocks before returning it. Truck would barely run and was bucking bad. Asked if the tech bothered to test drive after performing work and was told they reported they had. Service advisor barely made it back to the service department with it. Waited another 1 1/2 hours before it was returned to me. Asked if the tech test drove it and was told he had driven it seven miles. Told the service advisor that was strange being I had been waiting in my wife’s vehicle parked by the dealership entrance and my truck never left. More

I made an appointment a month ago to get a recall performed on my diesel F350. My appointment was for 7:00 today. They even sent me reminders to be there at 7. Upon checking in I was told it would performed on my diesel F350. My appointment was for 7:00 today. They even sent me reminders to be there at 7. Upon checking in I was told it would take two or three days to get my truck back. I utilize this truck for work and was told when I made the appointment I could have it back by 3:30. It just needs to have a new DEF heater part installed. This is unacceptable. I was told it was because they only have two diesel mechanics. I don't really care. Make me an appointment when one is available. The truck runs fine. More
