Brought in my vehicle for an issue with the transmission and brakes. It was left at the dealership for 3 weeks with no clear diagnosis or estimates for the work required to address the issues. Terrible service and customer service. My truck has been in the shop for 2 months. I took it in for a turbo issue which they fixed but then they damaged the engine once they took it on a t My truck has been in the shop for 2 months. I took it in for a turbo issue which they fixed but then they damaged the engine once they took it on a test drive (the turbo fan came apart). This is the second explanation for what happened. Not sure if they actually know. AutoNation Ford has refused take responsibility for the engine damage. They got Ford customer service to pay for a small piece of the bill. However, I still have a large bill with the repairs and rental car. More
