Had a recall and dropped my car off for one day . Had to schedule it with work and rides. After pick up nothing was done and service department stated they did not do recall. Left 5 messages for GM and service manager , until this day no one has returned my call. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND customer communication. Stay away from this place!! They will waste your valuable time! He was exceptional. on the repair front our go to Service Specialist is Mr. Jessi and in the reason we keep relying on AutoNation Ford Services. Management and Finance were extremely helpful. Brought in my vehicle for an issue with the transmission and brakes. It was left at the dealership for 3 weeks with no clear diagnosis or estimates for the work required to address the issues.
