My service appointment on Saturday, February 14, was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. I arrived just before that time, but it still took approximately 40 minutes to get checked in, despite there being only three scheduled for 8:30 a.m. I arrived just before that time, but it still took approximately 40 minutes to get checked in, despite there being only three or four customers ahead of me. I requested the 10,000‑mile service for my 2025 Bronco Outer Banks and asked that the tires be rotated, including rotating in the spare. Because my spare has a tire cover, I offered to reinstall the cover myself so the technician wouldn’t need to. The service advisor assured me the technicians would handle everything and documented on the service record that the spare would be rotated in. At 2:14 p.m., I received a call informing me the service was complete and that my vehicle was ready for pickup. The checkout process was much quicker, and the advisor had the paperwork prepared, indicating that all requested services were completed and no issues were found. However, once I arrived home, I inspected the tires and discovered that the original spare had not been rotated in—it was still mounted on the tailgate. While I understand this is a relatively small issue, I specifically requested that the spare be included in the rotation, was told it would be done, and the service documentation reflects that it was completed. Yet in reality, it was not. This is not the first issue I’ve experienced with the AutoNation Ford Torrance service department since purchasing my Bronco last summer. At this point, I no longer feel confident that I can trust them to service my vehicle properly. More

Brought in my vehicle for an issue with the transmission and brakes. It was left at the dealership for 3 weeks with no clear diagnosis or estimates for the work required to address the issues. Communication and brakes. It was left at the dealership for 3 weeks with no clear diagnosis or estimates for the work required to address the issues. Communication was sporadic or non-responsive to the point where I had to go down to the dealership to get an update and eventually retrieve my vehicle with no clear resolution path or next steps.
