Absolutely disgusted with the level of service (or specifically the lack thereof) I've received from the service department at AutoNation Ford of Torrance. My 2020 Fusion Energi (plug-in hybrid) has h specifically the lack thereof) I've received from the service department at AutoNation Ford of Torrance. My 2020 Fusion Energi (plug-in hybrid) has had an open recall for almost two years - this obviously is not the fault of the dealer, but what has been their fault is the level of runaround and unfilled promises made by the service department. When I've tried to reach them regarding the issue and the multiple times my car has been with them to have work done relating to the recall, both my and my son's calls and emails go unanswered . On the rare occasion we do make contact, we're given no information and promises that a manager will reach out, which never happens. Most recently, the car was scheduled to be picked up for an appointment (last Tuesday, July 8th) to have a battery replacement done related to the recall. We made arrangements to be ready for the pickup and received confirmation of the appointment only for the porter to not show up. When we called, we spoke with Jesse - who instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, decided that "I don't know what to tell you" was the appropriate response. Only after being pressed on the issue did he inform us that the parts for the repairs weren't even at the dealer. Again, when asked why the appointment was scheduled, he chose not to apologize for the hassle and responded with "I don't know what to tell you." Even when we decided that we would no longer do business with their department, his response was "ok, if that's what you want." I understand I'm just one customer but one would think that some level of customer service would be the standard at a franchised Ford dealer. I even understand that Ford as the manufacturer may not have been forthcoming with information to them as a service department - but all it would have taken to satisfy our phone calls and emails would have been a simple "Ford hasn't advised us of anything yet." My son and I couldn't even be afforded that courtesy. More
We made an appointment then took our 2016 Ford Edge into our AutoNation Ford Dealership in Torrance CA for a Service Engine Light. We met with our Service Advisor Jesse Cisneros who always takes care of our our AutoNation Ford Dealership in Torrance CA for a Service Engine Light. We met with our Service Advisor Jesse Cisneros who always takes care of our vehicle. AutoNation ran some tests and EC54 indicated our Canister Purge Solenoid had failed. This repair was done quickly. During our Multipoint Inspection the technician identified that our Rear Shocks were beginning to leak fluid. This was repaired in a couple of days once parts were secured. Our Service Advisor Jesse always takes Great Care of us and our Ford Edge and their Technicians are the Best. Thank you AutoNation Torrance Service Department. More

I have been coming here for a long time, for both sales and service, and always receive excellent service from everyone. Everyone is friendly, helpful, patient, polite, efficient, respectful, knowledgeabl and service, and always receive excellent service from everyone.
