Bad service. The staff is not friendly and very lazy. When I go there for service it feels like I am inconvenienceing them and the last thing they want to do is h The staff is not friendly and very lazy. Took my car in for a service where I’ve been taking it since I purchased the vehicle five years ago. After getting home an hour away I was looking at the service receipt and noticed the tires weren’t rota since I purchased the vehicle five years ago. Went to dealership without an appointment and requested an oil change. Service attendant agreed to perform service and immediately took vehicle to the service technician. Technician flushed oil reservoir, an oil change. Service attendant agreed to perform service and immediately took vehicle to the service technician. Very disappointed with this service group. After waiting 4.5 hours for an estimate on their recommended brake service, I went and picked up my F150 truck to take it to another dealer.
