This was the worst service experience ever. There were no updates on the service of my car so it was held in service 2 extra days which caused a huge inconvenience. At least this time they didn’t crash my car like the previous experience. I never plan on using this dealership service again. More

The check engine light on my 2012 Focus lit up and after a little research (my OBD II Reader), I decided that the issue was more than I could comfortably handle by myself. I had a great experience on my last visit to Auto Nation Ford so I didn't hesitate to let them fix this issue (fuel vacuum purge valve). I was even able to request the same service advisor, Jesse Cisneros who did a fantastic job last time and this time was no different. Jesse's years of experience and service excellence are evident, he listened to me, kept me informed of the progress at every step, was genuine and professional. The price was more than I had hoped for, but they did a thorough inspection of the entire fuel system (looking for hidden issues) and competently made the repair. I cannot recommend Auto Nation Ford Torrance enough and will not hesitate to bring my car here in the future. More
