Every year I take my 2017 Ford Raptor here for its annual service. They do a great job in servicing it at a great price. They service it quickly & text me when to get it same day. This service location is not very efficient. Left vehicle at 8:00 a.m. for oil change and no call all day. Service agent offers no explanation why and on another fix it request, tells me he never has seen this problem of F150 rear window bracket holding sliding window glass falling off due to adhesive not sticking.
