Went in for an oil change and recall repair. Everything was done timely and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t get the service performed that I wanted as the experience was not good. I was told by the scheduling people that I could be scheduled to wait for my car. When I got to the dealership I had to wait experience was not good. I was told by the scheduling people that I could be scheduled to wait for my car. When I got to the dealership I had to wait about 45 minutes to talk to a service advisor who then told me I could pick my car up at 5 o’clock at this point it’s around 11 AM. I could not do that on this particular day I was expecting to wait. He rescheduled me for a different day which I was unable to do. Because I am also employed I need to schedule around my work. More
I had a 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30 . I was told that I was early and needed to fill out some paperwork which I did and gave it back to service guy that was 7:35 my car sat there till 8:4 I was told that I was early and needed to fill out some paperwork which I did and gave it back to service guy that was 7:35 my car sat there till 8:42 when someone took it to the back at about 11:am I went outside and saw my car parked in front when I asked if it was ready he said yea I ment to tell you it was ready. This is the first time I didn’t get Jesse Cisneros who always gave me first class service and never had a problem. Next time I will make sure to schedule with Jesse. More
I have always had a good experience with AutoNation Ford until this time. I was very disappointed in just one aspect. I had an 11am appointment. I drove in at 1050a. There were 2 cars there before me. I wai until this time. I was very disappointed in just one aspect. I had an 11am appointment. I drove in at 1050a. There were 2 cars there before me. I waited by my car for someone to greet me and let me know what I should do. I was pretty much ignored for 10 minutes. Then one person said “we’ll be with you in a minute”. Another 5 minutes go by. Nothing. Then the same person asked “who is your appointment with?” I told him. He said “he’ll be with you in a minute”. Another 5 minutes. Then the person who my appointment was with (I didn’t know it was him) walked past me to the person who was behind me in line and proceeded to help him. After about 10 minutes I asked someone else and they said my guy would be with me shortly. He never did. Someone else finally helped me and said “I guess I’ll just get thing s started “. Needless to say I was very frustrated. I never picked the person to be my appointment, that is just done randomly. After that everything else was fine. It just left a vey bad taste in my mouth. More
