Thank you for doing your usual thorough work on my vehicle. This is my first visit to Autonation Ford in Torrance since I just moved to the area 6 months ago. So far, they have exceeded my expectation and have made my visit experience a great one. When I called to make an appointment, they gave me a list of available service reps and I chose the one that I had the best experience with previously. When I arrived for my appointment, I found out that he of available service reps and I chose the one that I had the best experience with previously. When I arrived for my appointment, I found out that he was on vacation. Not the end of the world, but strange that they would book an appt. with someone who was on vacation. After waiting out in the cold driveway for about 15 minutes, I was attended to by another rep. She was friendly and did a good job of getting me checked in and providing a shuttle ride home. The service was a simple oil change, which usually takes a little over an hour. After 4 hours of not hearing anything, I called to check in on my car. I got voicemail and left a message. After another half hour, I still hadn't heard back and called again. This time I got my rep. She said she was just wrapping up and that my car was ready. Annoying that it took so long and that I needed to call to get an update. More
