Auto Nation did a good job on my Ford Flex, replacing the items that was recalled. Everything went smoothly, from setting up an appointment, to picking up my truck. Tom Bought our brand new 2013 Ford Escape at AutoNation Torrance. Just brought it in for its 30,000 mile service and it just needed an oil change. Tom Noone was the service agent we spoke with. He was very pleasant and we have found every-one we've dealt with there over the years have been friendly and professional. Brought my Econoline van in for a repair. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me. I needed a new transmission. It isn't their fault, parts are unavailable at this time due t friendly, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me. I needed a new transmission. It isn't their fault, parts are unavailable at this time due to the way old sleepy joe has run the country into the ground. I wasn't opposed to purchasing a new van, but those are currently unavailable either. I had to settle for a rebuild from and independent repair shop. I would recommend AutoNation Ford. Again, not their fault they could not provide service. 100% the doing of the Democrat Party, the global communists, and their fake pandemic. More
