I scheduled an appointment for my vehichle to get serviced. It was dropped off by a tow truck, Derrek took care of everything without me being there in person. Jesus coordinated my 60K miles service and scheduled my next appointment. Even though a bit pricey, it was well worth it. The only hiccup was since it was an all day service, they offered me a ride home bu next appointment. Even though a bit pricey, it was well worth it. The only hiccup was since it was an all day service, they offered me a ride home but FAILED to inform me that their new policy did not include a return to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. THAT does not work EVER and either they need to inform you in advance to make arrangements or update the policy to include round trip service. Needless to say, Jesus had the driver come and fetch me. Made an appointment to have my car's transmission serviced on 1/22/21. I had to wait 2 weeks for that appointment. Showed up as scheduled and was informed by the service advisor that they could not g serviced on 1/22/21. I had to wait 2 weeks for that appointment. Showed up as scheduled and was informed by the service advisor that they could not get to my car till Feb 3 but if I wanted I could just leave it there. Really? 2 weeks? This is not the first time I have had issues with AutoNation service department but I guarantee you it is the last. Will not buy another vehicle that has to be serviced by them. I would like to blame it on just this one service department in Torrance but ran into the same problems in the Denver area. Would not recommend any AutoNation to anyone. More
