Excellent service in the beginning. ...until they couldn't figure out the issue....then no reply nor any follow-up. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT due to engine light was on. I was advi ...until they couldn't figure out the issue....then no reply nor any follow-up. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT due to engine light was on. I was advised to get the fuel tank replaced for $2,200. OK, all done and paid. Recommended a long drive to get all monitors reset for smog check. After over 1,000 miles of mix drive cycle, fuel system monitor still incomplete, which means that the vehicle is not ready for smog check. Asked the dealer a couple of times for advice and still have not heard back. I expect dealer to be able to fix its own brand...if not, at least a phone call or follow-up would be nice. At this point, I would have to try different shop to get this issue resolved. Very disappointed in Tustin Ford for not even a courtesy call back. More
