My sales person is Daryle- fleet manager who has sold me not less than 10 vehicles in the past 7ish years. The repair center at Ford AutoNation has a new Manger named Kyle- He comes with an amazing history of vehicle knowledge and also ensures a smooth transition when I need maintenance and a rental. The sales manager RJ has a perfect attitude for his position and I have enjoyed his move up the ranks to his position as he always puts my interest first! If you are looking for that family feel in a dealership that takes the initiative and attitude for your vehicle buying experience then AutoNation should be your first stop! There are several Ford dealerships within closer miles of my home however when initially visited by me were not the right fit or attitude! They mark up their new vehicles and the service department while decent has not served me well in the past. I have been using this dealership (under various owners) for almost 30 years. The facility is clean, the service writer is friendly, knowledgabe and professional. The car was ready as promised. I was completely mislead and placed in an uncomfortable predicament once I arrived at my schedule date and time to find out information and circumstances specific to this location that should have been revealed to me prior to driving 40 minutes one way...Nevertheless, a genuine polite and professional individual in the Finance department guided me to a place of understanding and my service advisor Zach helped turn the lemons into lemonade....but again, "do not schedule service, appointments of any kind through call center.
