When I arrived on time for my appointment, it took much too much time before I was greeted. I got out of my car and stood waiting. A truck drove up after I had been waiting. Worked with Christian to get a recharge of my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrids dead EV battery. Unfortunately the Electrical Dept. was backed up and getting in for service took much longer than expected. That said, Christian was in constant communication with me (including over the Thanksgiving Holiday), and was extremely accommodating in terms of the service cost.
