Daniel at Autonation Ford in Tustin was amazing, he was very helpful and answered all my questions when I took my car for service on 11/4/2021. I needed 4 tires, front and back breaks and he let me know ab very helpful and answered all my questions when I took my car for service on 11/4/2021. I needed 4 tires, front and back breaks and he let me know about payment options too. With the holidays coming up I knew I needed options. My car feels amazing, I can tell the difference when I am driving it. I liked that he called and or texted about my car such as when it was ready and or what more needed to be done. Communication is very important to me and Daniel stayed on top of it. I trust him and this location when it comes to my car!! I still need a few other things done but he told me they weren't urgent. I like that he didn't pressure me into getting something done if it wasn't necessary but with my breaks and tires, he explained why it was important to get service done immediately .
