I scheduled a service appointment for my truck a week ago. They said the guy who does diagnostics wouldn't be there until the following week. So I called up a scheduled another appt, ensuring that they would be able to do it. All set. I get there for my 10 am appointment and they said that they would need it all day. It's a simple heater issue. Furthermore, they would need to keep if overnight if repairs were needed. So asked if there is a shuttle available. Yes, but it doesn't go to North County where we live (15 miles). I asked why it would take all day for such a simple issue and the service advisor waved her hand and said "all these people are ahead of you, some have been waiting weeks." I asked what good is an appointment if you can't actually do the work? She simply walked away. NEVER will I do business again with Autonation More
