They were easy to work with and very accommodating. Our salesperson, Pouya, came to sell us our car on his day off. My experience with service at this location is normally very good. My last visit had a mixed result. I scheduled my appointment online and listed the items I wanted addressed. The service rep. called and s very good. My last visit had a mixed result. I scheduled my appointment online and listed the items I wanted addressed. The service rep. called and said it was time for the 90,000 mile maintenance. I said okay, assuming that my other issues would be addressed, specifically the fact that my mirror and seat controls were not working. When I got the car back, I did not immediately try out the controls. It was the only the next day when I realized they hadn’t been fixed. I tried texting and calling the service rep. about the controls not being fixed. I have yet to hear from him. I have been a loyal customer since 1995 with several different Ford cars. The Service Advisor Christian was excellent. He was easy to communicate with and pleasant. Making an appointment was another matter. When I called the number was for sales and they had no way of transferring the call to the service dept. More
