I was orignially in the area to buy a new Mazda and after getting a great offer from them, my wife suggested we swing by Ford to look at their cars. We fell in love with the '13 Fusion. Our salesman was very nice and was determined to not let us leave without matching or beating Mazda's offer for a new car and our "behind" trade-in. After only about 30 minutes, Modesto came back and was able to beat the offer...of course with a bit of haggling, understandably. We had one issue that got resolved EXTREMELY fast and in a great way. We were sold an option in the car (verbally) and the car never came with it after all. Not to bore with the details, but Mitch, Modesto and Todd all worked together to make it right and found me a solution and compromise that was beyond my expectations. They showed me all of the cars that I was interested in driving. Their pricing was great on th efirsst car and good on the second. I bought a 2013 Escape which was recalled 5 days later. They unwound the first deal and I purchased an Explorer with no problems or hassles. Todd, the manager, didn't hesitate when I asked to return the Escape and get a different car. The Service department removed the trailer hitch that I had installed on the Escape at no charge. The service manager assitesed throughout the process also. Overall, this was one of the few pleasent new car buying experiences that I have had. No pressure and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody that asked me for a Ford dealership to use. More

I visited this dealer after submitting several internet requests for pricing on the Ford C-Max. Terry responded immediately answering all the questions in one response, whereas the other five dealerships w requests for pricing on the Ford C-Max. When I visited the dealership, Terry was very responsive and able to give the best pricing of all other dealerships in the area. Most importantly, he was very laid back and not pushy whatsoever (that's my biggest gripe about sales staff). I test drove the car in the evening, then went home to think about it. The next day I called to see if they had another car with additional features, which they did. I went in, signed the paperwork and picked up my vehicle in a little over an hour. This was the first time I purchased a car in less than three hours! More
