Took my Ford in on July 6th. after failing inspection with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still with multi point errors, engine light on, and needed oil change light on. On July 23 I got my car back with engine light and oil needed change still on. A new wire harness was in stalled and was told a PCM part was on back order. Still waiting for the PCM part. Had a great car buying experience. AJ was an excellent in getting my truck dialed in and delivered to me as I was unable to pick it up at the dealership. I can never get them to answer the phone in the service department. When I finally do get someone to answer the phone it's always the sales department and all they can do is transfer me and I end up with t department. If I could sum up my experience at this dealership, it would be in one word: Terrible. Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for two specific faults. I heard nothing for two days, and only because I followed up multiple times did I finally get an answer. The dealership doesn’t answer their phones, doesn’t call you back, and when they do, they flat out lie about what’s happening with your vehicle. My vehicle had a faulty front heated and cooled seat coupled with a defective EV battery (would not remain in EV mode and would overheat and switch to hybrid about halfway through its electric mode). This dealership kept my vehicle for four days and told me the service technician would test it and drive it to replicate the problem. On Friday (4 days later), I call to ask the status, having not heard from them, and I am told the front seat is fixed and the EV battery was tested and was normal. I immediately explained it is not normal as I have owned the car for three years and never had this issue. Nonetheless, I picked up my vehicle, planning to take it elsewhere. Upon collection, I checked the vehicle tracking logs on my phone to find the car had not moved in 4 days, let alone been tested, AND the front heated/cooled seat issue was still broken! What the xxxx did they do for four days with my car? Leave it to sit there? I immediately reached out to the manager, and so far, four days have passed, and no response to my emails. I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. Save yourself the time, effort, hassle, and if your car is not under warranty - the money!! Please heed my advice. You won’t regret it, but you WILL regret bringing your car here. I was willing to give them a chance, but I wish I hadn’t. More
