I went in to look at 2012 Fiestas with a specific price point in mind. They didn't have the SE, the trim package I was looking for, but showed me a SEL in a gorgeous silver that I loved. The other dealerships I had been to were forceful and made me feel as though they did not take me seriously. At the end of the day I got a better car than what I wanted, a price point that my college-student budget could handle and a smile on my face as I drove home in my new car. Went in and met face to face with Brandon and was delighted to not get the same old pushy emails with him and several Ford dealers in the local area. He was down to earth, honest in his answers to my questions and let me decide what was best for me instead of what was best for them. I arrived a little late for my appt and Joe said the 2 cars ahead of me would be served first. I said they probably didn't have an appt and he ridiculously stated"let's go ask them" I waited where I was, cars ahead of me would be served first. As he started my paperwork, he actually said "if you had an appt you should have been on time. Why were you late?" I was shocked and said that's not good customer service and it would be reflected on his survey. He then stated that he would not assist me and told me to go to the other service advisor. I waited to inform the service manager, but he was nowhere to be found. I've owned Fords for over 25 years and never been treated so rudely. I will not do business with them, and do not recommend using their service dept. More
