I recently sent an internet request for pricing info on the purchase of a 2012 Ford Flex. Of course, doing that, I was contacted by a number of dealerships. Most dealerships contacted me with a general repsonse stating that a rep would call me. Most people use the internet sales service because they want to get to the bottom line, not chit chat. I received one email that stood out to me. Tim Hill contacted me with a very professional, polite and direct email. Tim started with the most important questions -What are you looking for in your new car? What are your must haves? What color do you like? I truly appreciated this straightforward approach. Over the course of the day and early next morning, Tim and I exchanged multiple emails, with my many questions. Tim replied promptly and effectively. As I fine tuned what I wanted, Tim worked with me to explore my options. We found exactly the vehicle I wanted. I made an appointment to come in and do paperwork the next night. Tim took the time to gather some information from me, in an effort to speed up the process. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who immediately directed me to Tim. We sat down and reviewed paperwork and in no time, I was ready to move to finance department and Johnny Chase. Yet another fabulous member of the team. Johnny was very thorough with the paperwork, explained all the different options and made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving on. I have purchased many vehicles (including Internet sales) in the past and I will say this was the best experience by far. There was no pressure, no games, no muss, no fuss! The dealership is clean, friendly and Tim and Johnny are the best! I will and already have referred friends! Keep up the good work! More

I had been researching cars for about 4 months. I first drove the Edge at Santa Margarita Ford--which is the Ford dealer closest to my home. As it was getting close to the end of the business day, I asked drove the Edge at Santa Margarita Ford--which is the Ford dealer closest to my home. As it was getting close to the end of the business day, I asked the sales person to email me some financing options--most likely a lease as early as possible the next morning. The day before I had sold my car to a private party so I didn't want to rent a car more than a day or two. I didn't hear from this particular sales person so I just stopped by the dealer again. I had another sales person try to gain my business but the lease they offered seemed way too high. I went home very discouraged. I emailed Power Ford in Tustin on a chance that they might want to earn my business and let them know exactly which car and specs I was interested in. I was so pleased when Errik Williams emailed me right away. They had the exact car I was searching for, but the lease terms were in my budget and $100 less than the best deal RSM Ford was willing to offer. Not only was Errik wonderful to work with via email, but in person he was even more helpful. He was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all the features like Sync that were new to me. He even followed up the next day to welcome me to the Power Ford family. In all the years I've been purchasing cars, this experience was by far the best. They may sell the same cars, but Ford Dealers are not all same. Power Ford in Tustin will certainly be earning my business in 3 years when my current lease is up! I should also mention that the financing process was also wonderful. More

I had a great experience at this dealership. Everet (my salesman) took the time to work with me in my purchase. He never rushed and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. We had an issue with only one key available for the truck and the used car manager Mathew gave me his card and told me I could go over to the Dodge Dealership, have a new key made and he would reimburse me for it, boom, done deal, just like that:o) NO worries at all. (This actually happened at the Dodge dealership I went to-they replied to my questions to my son and not me). Power Ford completely changed the way I think about buying cars now. I went in to check out the new Focus and get a trade-in value on my truck. I ended up purchasing a car that evening with the help of Robert Wasik and I couldn't be more happy with the result. The purchase was easy and they were able to work with me on getting the best value out of my truck. They gave me a better APR than my credit union was offering me and gave me a warranty better than i could have ever expected not only bumper to bumper, drive train but interior/ exterior as well. I wasn't able to provide all of my information during the purchase of the car so they let me take a day to get everything in order all the while enjoying my brand new 2012 Focus 5 door (which is amazing I might add) Thank you again Robert and the team over at Power Ford Lincoln in Tustin! I requested a quote on a new 2012 Ford Explorer. Got a call from Tom minutes later. I met with Tom and a member of sales team named Mario ( don't remember his last name) Needless to say, I walked out wi call from Tom minutes later. We spoke via phone for a few minutes; I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the car I wanted (I hate haggling at the dealership so I always get Internet quotes on cars). Also, he was not pushy like a lot of salesmen I have dealt with. I came down the next day & Errik & Saar both made the experience a good one (they were very un-salesmany for lack of a better word). I got a good price, a fair deal on my trade & I love the car. All in all, an excellent experience; I highly recommend doing business with them. More
