I was very happy with my experience at Power Ford Tustin. I went to their site & requested a quote on a Mustang; Errick Williams (the Internet Manager) contacted me promptly. He gave me a very reasonable quote on the car I wanted (I hate haggling at the dealership so I always get Internet quotes on cars). Also, he was not pushy like a lot of salesmen I have dealt with. I came down the next day & Errik & Saar both made the experience a good one (they were very un-salesmany for lack of a better word). I got a good price, a fair deal on my trade & I love the car. All in all, an excellent experience; I highly recommend doing business with them. More

Used car salespeople, they run cricles by going back and forth to get their terms. they are liers and try to negate what they promise. I would not recomend anyone to buy any cars from them. I don't want any financing but they ran my credit and ask to finaance at 20% when I had my own with other bank at 6%. they said they will reduce the price by a thousand dollar , but they would not honor the price posted on the car. I drove for an hour and after I decide to walk out they called and they agreed to honor the terms of our agreement. they expect me to drive back another hour to make the deal. bunch of con artist. He informed me he was off and I would be dealing with Kirk Manning. I went in the next day and my experience was wonderful!! They were actually able to get me into a new suv same model with many more upgrades for the same price!!! The payment was exactly what I needed it to be and the paid off my trade in. I have never had such a good car buying experience , all of the staff were great. Thanks Power Ford on Tustin!!!! More

Very very poor customer service and mechanics. Their incompetent mechanic mis-diagnosed the main problem with my car.My car broke down one day after spending $225. The old Bate and switch trick comes to mind. Windshield price shows one thing and after test driving it and willing to buy for price on windshield it turns out to be a "mistake" and the price is actually $ price shows one thing and after test driving it and willing to buy for price on windshield it turns out to be a "mistake" and the price is actually $6000 higher. Louis (or Lou) said he couldn't believe we would actually think the price on the windshield was the right one. Then he stopped short of accusing us of going down in the middle of the night to the dealership and switch numbers on the windshields around. Is this guy for real????? More
