A couple weeks ago I went to AutoNation Ford to look at a used BMW 340i. I had set up an appointment over the phone and on the same day was greeted by the sales consultant, Dylan Alvarado. The car was already ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. Dylan was extremely helpful and friendly and told me a bunch about the car and was a pleasure to work with during the buying process. No hassle no attitude, was like a friend through the whole process. The other employees there were also very friendly.
