The service department did a great job of analyzing my truck. They told me when it would be done and it was done on time. After scheduling the service 11 days in advance and having the service advisor confirm the parts would be there, I arrived and they did not have the parts. They finally got the part and did the service having the service advisor confirm the parts would be there, I arrived and they did not have the parts. They finally got the part and did the service 2 days later, but overall I felt my time was not of importance to the dealership. More
