This is my first time taking my Bronco Sport for an oil change and it took about 3 hours for them to get it changed and I had set up an appointment. I did wait for my car only because I was going to use th change and it took about 3 hours for them to get it changed and I had set up an appointment. Sold me a car that had issues and then tried to back out of their guarantee of fixing anything within 3 months. They fixed the motor on my seat but now the seat wobbles.
