First time visit for servicing my 2003 F350. Pulled up and was met by Landon that directed me to service tech Bob. Bob checked me in and discussed the service processes. After initial diagnosis on my vehicle, Bob called with the repair recommendations. I like how Bob explained each issue and gave me the pricing. We discussed a repair plan and the service was completed that day. I like how Bob didnt pressure me into getting everything done now, but came up with the most critical issues and a plan to service the other issue at next service. And, the dealer provided a Lyft ride home. Efficient, courteous andprofessional service by Auto Nation Ford. More
