In February of 2022 I sold a RAM truck to them and they gave me a price better than all others had offered for it. At the time of the sale, we let them know we were interested in a Ford Transit Cargo Van, gave me a price better than all others had offered for it. At the time of the sale, we let them know we were interested in a Ford Transit Cargo Van, but there were none to be had at the time. Fast forward to June, and I received a call from their Fleet Manager with news that a new 2022 Transit meeting most of the specs we were looking for was on the lot and available. We were able to test drive the unit immediately and completed the sale within 2 days. The Fleet Manager worked with us to add a few items to the vehicle before we took possession, making this the perfect vehicle for our family. The financing was straight forward and without high pressure sales to add on extras like extended warranty etc. at the end. Overall, we had a great selling experience and a great purchasing experience with them and I would go there again without hesitation. More

I looked at a lot of Ford dealerships, some were quite rude, unhelpful, lead me on, or were outrageous with their fees. Tustin was great. They were straightforward and honest, and there were no dealership rude, unhelpful, lead me on, or were outrageous with their fees. Tustin was great. They were straightforward and honest, and there were no dealership mark-ups. Watch out for those interest rates though if you’re financing. They offered an unreasonably high rate at first. Even with that though, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to work with. They will be my first stop if we get another car. More
Schedule 30,000 mile service and to troubleshoot check engine light. Service rider called me 3 hours later to confirm service was completed however his technician damaged my drivers side mirror. He stated engine light. Service rider called me 3 hours later to confirm service was completed however his technician damaged my drivers side mirror. He stated the replacement part for the damaged mirror was ordered and would arrive in 48 hours. Delivered the truck back to me with no paperwork to show if any service was completed (no inspection report or work ticket showing what fluids were replaced). Supposed service completed on May 4th, its now June 9th with no followup on the replacement part for the damaged mirror. More
