I am a Veteran (USMC & USN) and have always had a vehicle throughout my years until recently. After serving time in prison and facing credit challenges upon release a year ago, securing financing for a car p throughout my years until recently. Most lenders required a high down payment of $8-10k for a $15k car, which I couldn't afford. Fortunately, I found Ford Tustin via AutoNation online after being pre-qualified. The team at Ford Tustin, from the prompt sales guy to the Sales Manager, worked wonders with their lenders. Despite living 120 miles away, I took an Uber to their location on the day of purchase and had the best car buying experience ever. Everything was ready, the SUV was cleaned and fueled up for my journey home. I am truly grateful to Ford Tustin for their exceptional help and support. We bought a 2020 Fusion on January 7th . Joseph Rufino was our salesman, we had a great experience with Joseph. We were told that the battery in the car was bad and since it was Sunday there Joseph Rufino was our salesman, we had a great experience with Joseph. We were told that the battery in the car was bad and since it was Sunday there was no one there to replace the battery. They said they could jump start it and we could get the battery replaced and they gave us a due bill stating that. They said to send a copy of the receipt for the battery and they would reimburse us for the battery. I sent the invoice the next day and I have been told twice that they are working on it. It has now been a month and we have not received any reimbursement. So it seems they don’t follow thru w what they promised More
