Dealership was great for service, service writer David failed with his service. I had an 8:20 a.m. appointment the technician did show until after 9:00-9:30 a.m. David was to let me as to the eta for the failed with his service. I had an 8:20 a.m. appointment the technician did show until after 9:00-9:30 a.m. David was to let me as to the eta for the repair to be done. He failed at that part, I had went back to him at or about 10:00 a. m. in order to find out my eta on my vehicle. I was told by David the technician stopped working on my vehicle to do a battery service. My vehicle would not be done until after noon. David said we are very busy right now. I told he could have come and told my eta as he said would. Autonations needs to improve on there service appointment times and not put another person vehicle ahead someone else vehicle when the repair time is shorter. John Larew More

I was at AutoNation Ford at Tustin for regular service. The rep was courteous and checked me in quickly. The service was completed on time. I stayed on premises while the work was done.
