If you truly care for yourself, don't trust these folks to do the same. AutoNation Ford Tustin is only competent in demonstrating blatant disregard for a customer and their vehicle. I purchased a new v to do the same. AutoNation Ford Tustin is only competent in demonstrating blatant disregard for a customer and their vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership a year ago, and out of the twelve months, my car has been in the Service Department for more than three of those months. Initially, a routine sevice visit turned into three weeks of customer service xxxx. Not only did calls repeatedly go unanswered, I waited around for three weeks for someone to get back to me and finally get my car back. When I did, the car had damages to the paint and scratches to the rims. This car is all black and wrapped in clear ceramic coating, I keep my cars pristine and have asked on numerous occasions they be mindful of that. Did I mention, this vehicle was brand new?? The General Sales Manager took the time to hear me out and scheduled a follow-up appointment to address my initial concerns and unexplained damages. I dropped off my car on October 13, 2021 and it was returned to me on December 23, 2021. During that time, I felt I was working a part-time job calling the Service Department daily for status/update, reminding staff what repairs need to be done, tracking down managers due to lack of contact and coordination. They addressed the damages but also created more, with now the ceramic coating peeling as well. I have no trust in the AutoNation name and what their website states: “Our team consists of only the most passionate and knowledgeable individuals who are dedicated to going above and beyond in every way possible,” couldn’t be further from the truth. Save yourself the time, headache and heartache. You may not think it is standard for a dealership to sell you a car and then damage it while it's being serviced. Well, AutoNation Ford Tustin has certainly set the bar for just that. More
