Appointment was easy to make, we were able to have it worked in within the week, we dropped the car off, we were contacted that day, the estimate was very close to actual cost, they did what they said th worked in within the week, we dropped the car off, we were contacted that day, the estimate was very close to actual cost, they did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, at the cost and time they told us. The car drives like new, we love the car and this was the first major work we had done, after 9 years and 116,000 miles, we can't complain. Our only wish was that Ford would start making cars again as we will not be buying an SUV. More
