Sales was good however, he had 2-3 other deals at the same time and was pretty much left alone about 4 hours. If you get a 90 day guarantee just plan on making a date at purchase because. I called in before 50 days for a engine light and the service was almost 2 months wait. So...... Even if you make the appointment before your 90 days, You have to pay out of pocket. Even though it is not your fault they are overbooked. It'll take them 2 days to keep your car just for a diagnosis, 2 days for an oil change. 1 1/2 days for you to leave it for a detail. Nick Mayer Ford West in Avon Lake gave us a quote for our engine light problem to fix was for $325.00 and Auto Nation quote was over $600.00. And would need to keep all day. More
