I bought my car from here that part went great! However I went to have my oil changed and the back passenger side window switch fixed after they told me they could fix it two weeks prior. I get their and they tell me they can’t do it cuz it’s a Nissan that’s fine but don’t tell me you can do something when you can’t. All I wanted was my oil changed and they ended up doing that and a tire rotation to which I didn’t want because they were brand new tires to begin with!! Also got attitude from multiple people!! I WONT BE BACK!! NOR WILL I BY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Very unsatisfied with the service department!!! More

Plain and simple, if I wanted to get ghosted by someone I would have reactivated my bumble account. What’s the point of calling back a customer who emailed, called, and live chatted in about wanting to purchase a car? As someone who works in sales, I know it’s an absolute grind, but if I had someone ready to give me business they would have my full attention and I wouldn’t call it a day until I knew I left them feeling satisfied with the level service I provided. I called in at 10:40am to inquire about the car I wanted, was told I would get an out the door price email within minutes. That was partly true as I received that 40 minutes later. All looked good to me so I called Stephon’s direct line within minutes of getting his email as I had a few more questions before moving forward with the purchase. I got his voicemail and left him one then proceeded to send a follow up email asking for him to give me a call. An hour and forty minutes went by and it was straight silence of the lambs. I called back to the sales main number and spoke with a different salesman who answered one of my questions, but then as I got prepared to ask a second question he said, “I see you are working with Stephon, let me transfer you to the secretary who will connect you with him.” I spoke with the delightful secretary who transferred me to Stephon’s line and do you think I got a hold of him? You are correct!! I absolutely did not get a hold of him!! For those who have seen the movie The Invisible Man, they should rename that movie after Stephon. I decided to live chat on the website into customer service to get my last question answered and pass along my contact information again so I could get a xxxx call back. Another hour and a half went by and I heard nothing so I called back to the sales main line and BOOMM Stephon answered, told him it was me and I would like to move forward, but since I’m out of state I asked if I could put a deposit down and come in tomorrow? Of course he didn’t know the answer, so he told me he would check with his manager and get back to me. Part of me believed he would get back to me as I’m literally ready to give my credit card and put a deposit down on the car. Three or so more hours went by and did I get an email or call back?? CORRECT AGAIN. I did not!!! I guess if you don’t show up to this dealership then you have no shot of purchasing a car from this place that supposedly calls them a dealership. I trust my x-wife to call me back before anybody that works at this joke of a place. Please don’t waste your time and take your business somewhere that it’s valued. More

I decided to purchase this 2020 Ford truck,I drove 55 miles when I arrived it was about an hour before they opened at noon on sunday.My wife and I walked onto the lot, after about 2 minutes someone came on the loud speaker stating we had to leave or be arrested this went on until we left. We are both in our sixties,it was clear we weren't xxxxx looking to do anything wrong. I can't believe autonation would threat customers so rudely. There are plenty of ford dealers you should never go to autonation wolfchase unless you want to be treated like xxxxx. More

Poor service all around I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to sched I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to schedule it online, and so I did. I scheduled 2 services for my 16 F-150. One is a door latch recall and the other was to fix my loose drivers seat. I immediately received an email confirming my appointment, letting me know that drop off was 715am and pick up would be 2pm.. I received another follow up email, reminding me of my appointment the day before. I arrived before my appointment time at 7:10 am. When I pulled into the bay, and asked what I was there for, I was told that, " they dont do those types of services on a Saturday because they dont have the crew. We would also need your Truck longer than just a few hours." I said I made and appointed and recieved an email confirmation. To which the service person laughed and said, " you need to make those appointments over the phone or in person. Online appointments dont mean really nothin for a service recall. You are first come first serve here." I said, " well, someone should have at least called to let me know. I received and email from Brooks Ward confirming your work to be done." He said, " well, WE can't....not today." I said, " you sir have just wasted my time. The service guy literally just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me!!!!! We have 4 fords, all 2016 or newer. I would never bring any of them here, or to any Autonation for that matter. You just lost a customer. More
