Extremely friendly staff, from the receptionist, other sales staff (not directly involved with me), to the finance officer, the sales manager, general manager, and of course Curt Kobler, who I was fortuna sales staff (not directly involved with me), to the finance officer, the sales manager, general manager, and of course Curt Kobler, who I was fortunate enough to have as my sales rep. What started as a simple outing to a dealership I had never been to before, to "brouse," ended up as a new addition to our homes garage, in the form of a new MKX. Amazingly, I never once felt pressured by anyone, a first for me since purchasing my first car thirty three years ago. As for my new MKX, awesome! But then again, this is my third Lincoln since 1998. We still drive that Mountaineer. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our 2008 MKX, we our ecstatic with our new one. Would I recommend Dobb's? Absolutely. And if you do go there, ask for Curt, and tell him Alex and Sonia said hello and thanks. More

The purchase experience with Hayne Ozier was excellent. When my husband and I were looking to purchase a new car, we looked at several dealerships and eventually chose Dobbs Ford and Lincoln on Wolfchase. The staff was very attentive and the financial department worked very hard to get is the price per month we were looking for. All in all its been a very good experience dealing with Dobbs and I would say that in the future we would highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends, when they need to purchase a new or used vehicle. Do not buy from this Dealership. The people are just old fashion crooks. Warranty work is a ripp off. My tires are bouncing like xxxxx and these jokers never fixed my tires correctly. I am giving this rating for this dealership is because they were friendly, they identified what I needed and gave me more than I could have ever hoped for. Now, Mr. Noel Penouilh worked really well with they were friendly, they identified what I needed and gave me more than I could have ever hoped for. Now, Mr. Noel Penouilh worked really well with me. When I first came in about a month ago, we struck out. But Noel told me that he would contact me if they had something to come in. You know that when someone tells you that, you're thinking you are not going to hear from them again. Weeks later, Noel emailed about some cars and had me come in that Saturday and when I left I had a vehicle, not only something that I wanted and loved but something that was economically satisifying to me. He really worked hard to make sure that I didn't get anything less that what I wanted. For that, I am eternally grateful. Curt is awesome. We found a great small pickup at Dobbs for my daughter's first vehicle and fell in love with it. Curt made us feel completely at ease and worked out everything for us. Russ outright lied about the condition of a truck. Rodney tried to sell me a truck that had already been sold. Quoted me a price and took it for a test drive. If the other buyer did not show up at 5:30. If there was a contract on the truck. The salesman should not have shown me the truck and quoted me a price. If there was not a contract. He should have sold it to me then and there. The general manager said "Tough"! He did not care. More
