Management was polite, cordial, and inquired of me what services I needed. In additional to my regular oil change and tire rotation, I knew because of mileage, it was time for major maintenance. My vehicle was further inspected and I elected to complete all of their recommendations. In the interval I was updated as to the amount of time it would take.
