My car was repaired by part replacement method. I was told that three parts were replaced before they found the problem. My service adviser told me to be there before she was there. I was told to show up the day before my part was in. I was told my work would take 3 hours so I ubered home just in time to get the call my car was ready. I don't know who is managing this clown show but it is a mess. More
