Here’s another funny bit. I provided my VIN and was told I needed Transmission, Rear Diff, and Transfer case fluid. My car is 2WD (not AWD). I got under it this weekend, and guess what? There is no rear diff and no transfer case. Nice job, Honda 385! I’ll NEVER be back. This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve posted about Honda 385. Last time, “I called the manager,” nothing happened. I got a polite earful of how busy you are, how you don’t have loaner cars, and why it took 7 days to fix a 4-hour job. And why did my new Pilot sit for days untouched? You had no concern for my time or the difficult load it placed on my family. And this happened 3x for a factor recall! My only advice to anyone reading this is RUN from 385 and go to Wolfchase. They act like a Honda shop. Not like you’re a burden for being a customer.
