My experience was not as good as in the past. There was no immenities and the service was a lot slower than before. I understand the loss of help but it would help if the service team would keep you adv no immenities and the service was a lot slower than before. Getting vehicle service is rarely a fun experience but McKenna and Kayce were awesome! They were extremely friendly. In fact, they treated me more like family than a customer. Send somebody to Wal-Mart to pick up a Mr. Coffee and a basket full of pastries and fruit. Go stand by the traffic light with a hat to collect change and pick up a gallon of Starbucks! Anything! Need coffee in the waiting room is what I'm saying. More
