I have always experienced excellent service with AutoNation Honda, from the purchase of the vehicle to service I would and do highly recommend this dealership. My vehicle has never been serviced anywhere else. The staff walking through speaks, inquires if you need anything, and they are smiling and seem to love there jobs. My husbands truck is another make and their service doesn't come anywhere close to yours! My 12 year old grandson's statement was "the Honda folks are like the "Chick-fil-A" of car places! Dealer worked me in when I had a rear end noise and could not get an appointment til next week. I had a 12 inch metal rod in my driver rear wheel which apparently entered through a mud flap and was moving ar not get an appointment til next week. Always a pleasure to have my 2013 CRV serviced here. We live 80 miles away, and they always try to to get us in and out as quickly as possible. I called dealership 385 when my car start acting weird and could not start on parking lot. They informed me that if I somehow get it to work and bring it to dealership they will look at it as soon as poss and could not start on parking lot. They informed me that if I somehow get it to work and bring it to dealership they will look at it as soon as possible since it was still under warranty. Luckily I managed to start my car and bring it to dealership. As soon as I got there Douglas one of the service workers, already know who I was and why I was there. Same day they fixed what was wrong and I had my car back. I am loyal costumer to Honda 385 since they opened and wouldn’t change my dealership for anything. More
