We were greeted professionally and warmly by Victor when we arrived at the dealership. We expressed interest in learning about a 2024 Honda CRV model. He explained the features of the vehicles including how a Hybrid model operates. We discussed the trim levels and some of the colors that were currently on hand. We decided that we were not interested in a hybrid presently. Victor was patient with our questions and understood that we were planning on checking out a RAV4 model at a competitor without pressure to make an immediate decision.
