Joe was an awesome salesman, he wasn't pushy, and was even forthright about questions I had related to the price of the vehicle I was interested in buying. They also were extremely polite and professional during the F&I phase and respected my choice to not ask for anything from their menu. More

Took vehicle in for oil change before recommended trying to stay on top of it and do what's best for me vehicle. I also had a loose airfoil I needed tacked down. I got a call that the airfoil was tracked do to stay on top of it and do what's best for me vehicle. I also had a loose airfoil I needed tacked down. I got a call that the airfoil was tracked down and that my air filters (cabin and engine) were dirty and should be replaced. The cost seemed high so I told them to hold off. I made some calls and was not able to find anyplace that wanted even half as much to replace them. I think my vehicle will be fine without the "gold plated" filters. Service is great but I'm going to compare prices before I have more done here. More

This is an example of why I only take my car to AutoNation Honda Chandler - when my battery died I was unsure what was going on with my dashboard and I called into the Service Department where the AutoNation Honda Chandler - when my battery died I was unsure what was going on with my dashboard and I called into the Service Department where the Scheduler and Advisors helped me understand and confirmed I had a lifetime battery for my car. It was so helpful to talk to real people. I got a jump and brought it in and it was all covered - seamlessly I was on the road again! Having a great team to call, great reps and techs help me, and to have great service for my car turned a panic into a grateful day!! More

Terrible experience at your dealership! I have now ended up with a much higher rate than the 7.33 I was eligible for due to your staff's inability to respond to emails from both myself and I have now ended up with a much higher rate than the 7.33 I was eligible for due to your staff's inability to respond to emails from both myself and OneAZ and their failure to respond to a counteroffer in a timely manner and then misrepresent the rate being offered by OneAZ. I now have a rate almost 1 percent higher rate because of their delays and apparent ineptitude along with this papertrail and other emails showing my attempts to fix this issue! They submitted a warranty package above 10% of the purchase price (seemingly knowing this would require an Exception) and let it sit for 3 weeks despite my attempts to let someone know! They also promised me they would repair the camper shell that was sold w/ the truck that your sales/marketing team conveniently did not show in any of the pictures online, nor did they sell the truck "As-is". I originally went into the dealership on 10/21 and it is now December 12th and supposedly some parts had been ordered, but when I went to the service department, they had no clue what I was referencing (despite being told they had been updated on the situation) Awful experience ! More
