Dealership is very clean, no overly pushy salespeople bugging you. Greeter was courteous, offered water, and service person was knowledgeable and helpful. I don't remember who I worked with, but I was not satisfied. I asked to look at a silver Element,. but the salesman brought me a black Element. I had told him I wanted to see a silver one, and his re satisfied. I asked to look at a silver Element,. but the salesman brought me a black Element. I had told him I wanted to see a silver one, and his response to me was "The silver one is in the back, the black one was closer." Before I left I asked for a price breakdown for the Element, and he gave me a breakdown for a Civic. I'm glad to see others had a good experience here, although I was not happy with my visit there. I have been going to SanTan Honda since it opened a few years back, prior to that, it was called Honda Cars of Mesa which I have utilized since 2005. Granted, the new showroom and lounge are fabulous but years back, prior to that, it was called Honda Cars of Mesa which I have utilized since 2005. Granted, the new showroom and lounge are fabulous but when San Tan moved from Mesa to Gilbert they were sure to bring with them the best customer service and Honda expertise bar none. When I visit the service center, I schedule it first thing in the morning. I sit in the lounge, providing this is an oil change and not maintenance which takes half of the day, have a cup of coffee and a donut and either go online or watch t.v. San Tan has always been the basis for setting the mood for the rest of my day being spectacular. More
I appreciate Jorge's friendliness and honesty. There was no pressure to do something or buy something for my van. And, it is the quality of our vehicles and service we receive that keep us coming back. Steve Cyman and Jorge Bejarano have been extremely helpful and friendly to me. They always take time to answer my questions and give very helpful advice. Picked up a nail in a tire on a car we bought three weeks ago. Walmart told us it was not repairable. We took it to the dealership service department to purchase a new tire for $155. The SanTan Honda mech ago. Walmart told us it was not repairable. We took it to the dealership service department to purchase a new tire for $155. The SanTan Honda mechanic was able to repair it for a $15 fee. Needless to say, we were very happy not to have to buy a tire for a brand new car. More
I came in needing a new tire as a nail had gone into one of mine. My tires are filled with nitrogen. They did not have a replacement tire at the dealership when I came in on Wed. night, about 1/2 hour b of mine. My tires are filled with nitrogen. They did not have a replacement tire at the dealership when I came in on Wed. night, about 1/2 hour before they closed. Jorge ordered one for me and called me on Thurs. when it came in. He had taken my bad tire and said he would have the new tire all ready to go when I got there . Since I had a very busy day and not much time on Thurs. he put the tire on himself as everyone else was busy. I probably only spent 15 minutes at the dealership. Jorge went above and beyond his duty and I am very grateful for the service he gave me. More

My car didn't want to start this morning, but it did start and I came to work. I saw that my battery was still under warranty so I called the dealership and spoke with Steven. Steven confirmed that my start and I came to work. I saw that my battery was still under warranty so I called the dealership and spoke with Steven.
