I traded in my 2017 CRV for a 2024 CRV and the process went really well. I had a few hiccups but only because I didn't have my debit card with me. I had to leave and get a cashiers check for payment. Bought my car from Bell Honda. Had car serviced by both locations and I must say, Bell Honda is better. I had issue with Chandler Auto nation. My personal belongings were moved, sm Had car serviced by both locations and I must say, Bell Honda is better. I had issue with Chandler Auto nation. My personal belongings were moved, smashed by flipped seats and the carpet looked like it threw up fur xxxxx. The glove box panel was sitting in the back seat and the technician did not clean up after himself. My service advisor could not be found when I wanted to talk to him. I am not happy with this location. More

When I called to schedule the appointment the gentlemen told me that they were two weeks booked out, when I asked him why he placed me on hold then got me in on Monday at 8:30am. Thrilled that he accommoda told me that they were two weeks booked out, when I asked him why he placed me on hold then got me in on Monday at 8:30am. Thrilled that he accommodated me, I promptly arrived 5 minutes early for them to assist everyone in front and behind me finally tending to me around 9. Then I get a call from Brandon letting me know that two of my lug nuts on my tires are messed up and they wanted to charge me $750 to replace them. I find it weird I never had issues with them and now they stripped them and are charging me for there mistake. Then the next day I find one of the lug nutsthey broke in my glove box. I usually always come here and have an amazing experience, this time was a nightmare and my right rear tire driver has two broken lug nuts. Thanks Honda of chandler! Will not b back and will spread the word!!! More
