Disappointing customer service area, I have been used to going to a dealer where there is water, coffee, cookies, a nice large clean waiting area. I gave it a try because this is where I bought my vehicle but I will return to my previous dealer for service.. My vehicle was returned to dirty with not so much as a paper mat on the floor. Previous dealer puts paper mats on the floor, vacuums when they're done and runs it through the car wash. Absolutely no comparison More
