AutoNation Honda Clearwater

Went to the dealership to have my battery replaced. Already called AAA to jump start me so I could get to the dealership. Battery replaced, on my way home with several stops along the way I could not Already called AAA to jump start me so I could get to the dealership. Called Honda roadside service who sent out AAA, only for the same technician that sent me to the dealership, find out that the battery cables were not properly connected. AAA tightened them up, car started. Duane was very cordial on the phone when I spoke to him about the circumstances and how unhappy I was. More
