I have had my Honda serviced several times for various reasons at AutoNation and have always been very pleased with the overall service. However my recent visit was a bit disappointing. There was a reca reasons at AutoNation and have always been very pleased with the overall service. However my recent visit was a bit disappointing. There was a recall on the air conditioner condenser and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called for an appointment. My appointment was at 11:30 and I sat at the dealership for 5 hours waiting for my car. During that time I only got an update once about 2 hours into the day. After 4-1/2 hours I finally went out to the asst service manager to ask about my car. So he then followed up. While I was told it would take a couple of hours I never expected to spend my whole day in the waiting room at the dealer. I did receive an apology and a free oil change certificate but I felt I should have received more updates throughout the day so I didn't feel like I was forgotten about. More
