I am very content with the service that I receive from AutoNation Honda. This visit was for a recall notice and computer SW upgrade. When I arrived I was informed that it may take upwards of 3 hours to co AutoNation Honda. This visit was for a recall notice and computer SW upgrade. When I arrived I was informed that it may take upwards of 3 hours to complete the work, but I decided to stay anyway. Their waiting area was most adequate, The Customer Services attendant even joked about cleaning up a customer's spilled coffee. BTW, my car was complete in two hours. The technician(s) were thorough, correcting some issues that I wouldn't have noticed, and it was reasonably priced to fix, I rely on Honda advice and expertise to keep my car running. Thank you. More
